Langa Hadebe

Langa is a Senior Safety, Health, Environment and Risk Management Consultant. Langa has a Honours degree in Economics, qualifications in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), Safety Management Technical Certificate (SAMTEC), Safety Management Training Course (SAMTRAC) and Project Management. He has been involved with Safety, Health, Environment and Risk Management Nationally on various project sites.

Langa has worked both for the private and public sector before venturing fulltime in business, where he gained vast experience in the Project Management field, Safety, Health, Environment and Risk Management.

He worked in various projects in:

Mining and Metallurgy
Infrastructure and Construction
Petroleum
Energy
Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
Pharmaceutical

Langa in his capacity as Managing Director insures and secure continuous deployment of his Advisory Consultants on several sites in the Construction, Pharmaceutical and Food industries insuring quality assurance in Safe Works Permit requirements and safety, health and environmental compliance during operational activities and projects.

Jan A. Ludick

Jan started his career in the security services and ultimately obtained the qualification of Captain in physical and personal security protection services. With this in mind he has a clear understanding of risks, the identification thereof but more importantly to manage, protect, write and implement Security Protocols.

With his training as a Cryptographer he has obtained the ability to be able to communicate at classified and top secret level within various areas of business and governmental environments.

During his employment in the building industry Jan obtained the necessary experience in Facilities, Maintenance Management and obtain NOSA 5 Star Status on sites Jan was deployed on. He further his career in the Contract Logistics environment with a global leader in various logistical and freight forwarding operations. He successfully implemented and rolled out QMM (Quality Management Modules), PMM (Production Management Modules) DMAIC and other areas such as the Sigma, Lean and Wastes Management principles and to perfect it ensuring continuous improvement trackers are implemented to manage these activities effectively.

Jan is currently deployed as an SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) Adviser on several sites in the Construction, Pharmaceutical and Food industries insuring quality assurance in Safe Works Permits and Health and Safety compliance during operational activities.
